The Academy is an Educational institution. The academy has a number of departments i.e

The Academy has over 500 students and over 100 staff. They sort Turningpoint Edge’s advice on records management procedures.
THE CHALLENGE.
The academy found it increasingly difficult to locate file items from the stuck. There was no one available to organize its important documents in order to bring some much needed efficiency in filing procedures. The filing room was in need of extensive reorganization to help categorize and manage records more effectively.
THE SOLUTION.
The Academy appointed us as exclusive Records Management Adviser. We stationed two of our staff in their Registry.
Our experts offered skills and advice on how to optimize and make good use of the limited storage space. We guided them in both filing procedures and environmental precautions and best security systems to install.
The main objective of the entire project was to ensure that no data was lost, office space is being optimized, document movement is controlled and monitored. We encouraged them on the importance of installing smoke detectors and fire extinguishers
